The location is excellent and ideal and it is really close to the restaurant on the beach as well as stores and restaurants.

Quite small breakfast, it should definitely be improved.

The hotel was in a comfy and excellent location, to Miami Beach-and the park next door. Everything was very good and the staff was very responsive. Had a nice size room with a balcony and wake-up service was available in it.

It offers great services. The location is central.

The staff are amicable, the rooms are contemporary and stylish. It has marvellous and beautiful location to see The Bass. The hotel is close to the very relaxing area and it's near nightclubs and restaurants.

The Penthouse Suite was amazing, with spacious balconies and beautiful ocean views. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The pool was a great place to relax. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

The location, design of suites, size of suites, balcony and rooftop area are all amazing. Opposite the Setai and next to an art museum and 2 mins walk to the w, this hotel couldn't be in a better location. A friend was staying in the w and I was paying about 40% less per night but my suite made his room look silly. I liked it that much that I'm looking at potentially buying a condo in the building. I was lucky enough to see the penthouses too and the views from those are unbelievable. I couldn't recommend this place any more if I tried.

Nothing to like , very dirty no room service very rud staff and agrrasive manager , no resturant , no food too much hidden charges my booking was 1612$ for 3 nights I ended up paying 2100$ for no reason and they lied about the breakfast on my confirmation it says breakfast included and there was no breakfast when I ask the manager he said Booked.net are the misleading ones and on check in they gave me password for free wifi and check out they charged me 22.66$ per nite for it , please don't go to this place it's horrible , and by the way I did complaine to Booked.net and they did nothing. I've been 6 years with Booked.net with no problems , why they put such a bad place on the website !!!! .????

Felt like it was our own home, no complaints.

The place was really nice and had a very good location. It was near downtown, just a 10-minute walk. The kitchen in the hotel had everything we needed. The property's valet service was top-notch.

I had an amazing stay! The hotel's location was perfect, with everything within walking distance. It was so convenient to have Orange Blossom restaurant nearby and the beach just a stone's throw away. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The location is perfect, just across the street from the beach and within walking distance of many cool spots. The room was clean and spacious, and we loved the rooftop pool. The staff provided fantastic customer service and helped us with all our needs. this place exceeded our expectations and we had a fantastic time!

Spacious appartments, fully equipped kitchen, friendly staff, good location, washing&drying machine in the appts.

Some of the rooms lack basic kitchdishes, lack of hairdryer in the room, some rooms facing Collins av. could be a little noisy in the night but overall great choice for SoBe, especially with kids
